Black Bean Chili


  • 1 ½ lb of ground beef, lean
  • 2 cans of black beans
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 tbsp. chili powder
  • Salt & pepper


  1. Brown ground beef in a wok or pot
  2. Once browned, add onions and stir until softened.
  3. Combine the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil.
  4. Turn down and simmer for another 40 minutes.

Add a side of guacamole and you’re good to go!
