I’m Going to Earn My Body, My Way

So here I am. It’s Saturday night and I’m sitting on my flight, with an hour to go before reaching the sunshine state…and God knows I could use a little sunshine since winter weather has returned to NY. But I digress. We have business to discuss.

Yes, I can keep participating in activities, and keep eating clean, and even go to the gym once in a while. But what are the things in life that I truly find challenging? No One’s Perfect…Buying Motivation & Prepping for June

The Lack of a Workout

I wish I could have come on to write about the awesome, active weekend I had. Instead, I am upset that I missed my Saturday session. I just wasn’t feeling well this Saturday, and on top of that, I had a to-do list that was about a foot-long of things I needed to get done before we leave next Saturday for Florida. I know I shouldn’t be making excuses, but there was no way I was going to have enough energy to get my workout in and complete everything on my list (and I am still nowhere near finished!) So my 9th session was rescheduled to Monday and my 10th will remain on Wednesday. It’ll be a tough and busy week ahead, but as long as I plan and prioritize correctly, everything will get done just in time for Saturday, and then hello sunshine for 9 beautiful days! 🙂
