In this section of my blog, you will find recipes that I have made at home that have been both easy to make, as well as cheap! Healthy eating does not need to be a time-consuming, expensive experience.
Most of the time my husband Mike does the cooking. He doesn’t look in a cookbook or online for recipes. He uses his previous culinary experience to first see what ingredients we have available (a stocked kitchen is a happy kitchen!) and then see what he can pull together. He’s been teaching me his ways and I have been getting better at using what we have to pull together a meal in under an hour (we both work in offices so having quick and easy meals during the week is a must!)
